AZB Partner Alpesh Parekh has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in Real Estate Practice in Pune.

Parekh completed his BLS, LLB, and Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis International University.

He has over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has advised both domestic and international clients, including developers, investors, lenders, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. He has also represented multinational clients in revenue litigation.

Prior to joining Khaitan, Parekh was associated with AZB & Partners for 12 years, where he held the position of a Partner for 3 years.
