Arun C Mohan has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as an ‘Of Counsel’ in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in Chennai.
Mohan is a 2008 graduate of the London School of Economics.
Mohan has over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, including arbitration, intellectual property, and insolvency law. He has extensive experience as an arguing counsel experience in a variety of matters, including infrastructure arbitrations, complex patent litigation, banking disputes, and shareholder disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Mohan also has sizeable experience with film and media cases and is a domain expert on social media issues. He has been a regular practitioner in the Madras High Court and appears in various other forums including the Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, and Competition Commission.
