Ashurst has announced the promotion of Harsh Hari Haran to Partnership, strengthening the firm's Disputes & Investigations practice.

Hari Haran is a 2010 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. He earned his LL.M. from the National University of Singapore in 2015.

Based in London, Hari Haran specialises in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty disputes. He has experience of both ad hoc and institutional arbitration and regularly advises clients on investment protection under bilateral and multilateral treaties. His experience spans various sectors, including energy, commercial, and infrastructure. He has acted for clients in arbitrations seated in Paris, Singapore and India.

Hari Haran has been associated with Ashurst for the past 6 years.

Hari Haran has been promoted to Partnership alongside Andris Ivanovs, Tilmann Hertel and Alberto Manzanares, all part of the Disputes & Investigations practice.
