CapitaLand India has appointed Rupesh Mishra as Vice President and Head - Legal and Company Secretary.

Mishra is a 2007 graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He earned his LLM in International Economic Law and Policy from Academy of International Economic Law and Policy, European Public Law Organization in 2011.

Mishra has nearly two decades of experience in M&A, PE, Real Estate space. He has worked both as a law firm lawyer and an in-house counsel.

He has served as the Assistant Vice President - Legal at CapitaLand India for the past year.
