The following have been made Equity Partners:

• Shreya Suri (TMC, Data Privacy and Protection | Delhi & NCR) specialises in technology, media and communications law, advising on legal and regulatory matters across payments and fintech, digital intermediaries, data protection, information technology, gaming, telecommunications, as well as defence, aerospace, and public procurement, alongside broader commercial advisory.

The Firm has also announced the elevation of Anupam Choudhary (Corporate and M&A | Delhi & NCR) to Partnership. He specialises in M&A (inbound and outbound), corporate restructuring, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on public M&A. He has significant expertise in advising domestic and international clients across a wide array of sectors, with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance space.
