ELP Partner Jitendra Motwani has joined Trilegal as a Partner in Taxation practice.

Motwani is a 2003 graduate of KC Law College, Mumbai, and obtained his Solicitor’s qualification from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 2006.

Motwani is a highly experienced disputes and tax practitioner with over two decades of expertise in indirect taxation and Regulatory Litigation. His practice spans advisory and litigation across GST, Customs, Trade, Central Excise, VAT, Service Tax, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA. Jitendra regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tax Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial authorities, bringing strategic depth and clarity to complex tax matters.

Prior to joining Trilegal, Motwani was associated with Economic Laws Practice as a Partner.
