Former Executive VP at Hinduja Arpita Sen joins Intel as Associate General Counsel

Sen will also be Head of Business and Legal at Intel India.

Arpita Sen, former Executive Vice-President at Hinduja Global Solutions, is joining Intel India as Associate General Counsel and Head of Business Legal at Intel India.

Sen is a 1995 graduate of National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore. She was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship in Corporate Laws and Documentation from College of Law, York, England.

With more than 25 years of experience as a General Counsel and advisor to a number of multinational companies, Sen served as Executive Vice-President, General Counsel, Global Legal and Compliance for Hinduja Global Solutions Limited before joining Intel India.

Prior to her time at Hinduja, she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Exide Life Insurance and held similar positions at Qualcomm India, AOL India and ING Vysya Life.

Sen also ran an independent legal practice in the past and has worked with law firms like Mulla & Mulla, Craigie Blunt & Caroe and Anup Shah Law Firm.
