GameChanger Law Advisors has announced the elevation of Saket Rachakonda to Partnership.

Rachakonda is an alumnus of Jindal Global Law School.

Rachakonda joined GLA in 2021, after having worked at the capital markets team of one of India's largest law firms. From being only a capital markets lawyer in the first 3 years of his career, he has transformed himself into a fine all-round corporate lawyer.

Over the course of the last 4 years, Rachakonda has represented several of India's leading venture capital firms and hottest startups on landmark venture capital financing transactions; represented clients across industries on cross-border, private market acquisition transactions; built deep sector-specific expertise on India's mobility industry; and built a strong advisory practice that is focused on data protection and technology contracting for early-stage startups operating in a range of industries.

He has also led GLA teams in co-authoring (in collaboration with Speciale Invest) two landmark reports that outline the legal, commercial, regulatory and policy landscape in India pertaining to EV Battery Packs and EV Charging Infrastructure.

On Rachakonda's elevation, GameChanger Law Advisors released the following statement:

"He has worked immensely hard to develop his own client base, which is demonstrative of his entrepreneurial spirit. We are proud to have played an enabling role in his journey as a lawyer, and look forward to working with him as a Partner in the days ahead! We are confident that he will bring his own fresh ideas that will help propel our firm forward in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world!

On behalf of the entire team, we extend our best wishes to Saket on a well-deserved promotion!"
