The addition of Mokkapati and Sridhara will bring strong and innovative dispute resolution capabilities to MCM Law and further strengthen the firm’s well-established general corporate practice.

With technology increasingly at the centre of regulatory developments in India, the combined firm will offer clients holistic, end-to-end legal support across corporate and dispute resolution practices.

On this development, Samuel Mani, Co-Founder and Partner, MCM, said,

“I see this expansion as the next phase of the firm’s growth. As founders, my colleagues and I set up the firm 13 years ago, nurtured high-quality professionals and built the brand. The firm is now ready for the next phase of its growth. We are keen to add like-minded lawyers to the partnership, both from within the firm and from the wider legal fraternity, who can work with us to craft the next stage of growth. Great organisations have strong leadership and capabilities at all levels. We are doing the same, and we will continue to add members to the partnership over time.”

Aravind Mokkapati added,

"We are pleased to join forces with MCM Law, a firm that shares our values of integrity and practical business orientation. Our combined expertise allows us to provide clients with comprehensive legal services covering both transactional and dispute resolution matters.”
