Jagriti Bhattacharyya has joined Firstsource as the Global General Counsel.

Bhattacharyya is a 2000 alumna of National Law School of India University.

With over two decades of experience, she has held leadership positions across multiple banks and fintech companies and specialises in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

Prior to joining Firstsource, Bhattacharyya served as a General Counsel at Pine Labs.

On this development, Bhattacharyya shared,

"In 2002 at my first job at ICICI Bank I was part of the team that contributed to the creation of ICICI OneSource, the first Indian bank-led large scale BPO, which over the years evolved into Firstsource. This makes it all the more exciting and meaningful for me to join Firstsource as Global General Counsel..."
