Rajesh Pal has joined Dentons Link Legal as a Partner in the firm's Corporate and Commercial practice at Mumbai.

Pal is a 2000 graduate of Mumbai University and a Solicitor holding membership with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society since 2005.

He has over two decades of experience in advising domestic and international clients on various facets of law including general corporate and commercial laws as well as exchange control laws.

Pal specialises in mergers & acquisitions, corporate/business structuring and restructuring including joint ventures, private equity investments, entity formation, governance and contracting.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Pal was a Partner at JSA. In the past, he has also worked with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and Thakker & Thakker.
