Kapil Chaudhary and Avisha Gupta have joined Dentons Link Legal as Partners in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Regulatory practice.

Chaudhary has over 25 years of Legal and CXO leadership experience in India and Singapore as General Counsel across prominent organizations and diverse sectors, including Twitter, Autodesk, IBM, Schlumberger, Junglee Games (a Flutter International company), Star News, and Info Edge (India) Ltd.

He focuses on providing strategic, practical advice on legal, risk and policy frameworks with a particular emphasis on online gaming, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, data privacy, artificial intelligence, software licensing, intermediary liability, and complex, high stakes dispute resolution.

Gupta brings 14 years of experience in advising on complex technology law and regulatory matters, with focus on data protection, fintech, online gaming, and e-commerce. She has advised clients across diverse sectors including digital payments, hospitality, online listing platforms, electronics manufacturing, and gaming.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, she led the TMT practice at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

Gupta joins the firm along with her team of one Senior Associate and two Associates.
