Keystone Partners promotes Shashwat Rai to Partner

Rai is a specialist in commercial disputes and regularly represents clients before the Bombay High Court and the NCLT.

Keystone Partners has announced the promotion of Shashwat Rai to the Partnership at the firm's Mumbai office.

A 2017 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Rai began his association with the firm as an intern before joining as an Associate in 2018. Over the years, he has established himself as a specialist in commercial disputes, regularly representing clients before the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and in arbitrations.

Commenting on the development, Sita Kapadia, Senior Partner, Mumbai, said,

“This marks a proud milestone for us — we have had the privilege of seeing Shashwat grow within the firm, and over the years, he has become an invaluable part of our journey and success. With this promotion, Shashwat Rai has become Keystone’s third homegrown partner and the second partner in Mumbai.
