As a counsel, Ganju now operates out of his office at Defence Colony.

Khaitan & Co Disputes Partner Aditya Ganju has left the firm to set up his own counsel practice.

Ganju is a 2010 graduate of Amity Law School, Indraprastha University.

With over 13 years of experience, Ganju specializes in commercial, infrastructure, and construction disputes, including having significant experience in international and domestic arbitrations. He has represented clients in various international and domestic arbitrations pertaining to infrastructure and construction projects. He is also an active member of various arbitration and construction law societies such as the Society for Construction Law, SIAC, YIAG, MCIA, etc.

He had joined Khaitan & Co in the year 2013 and made Partner in 2020. Before joining Khaitan & Co, Ganju worked in the Chambers of T K Ganju, Senior Advocate and with Fox Mandal.

As a counsel, he now operates out of his office at Defence Colony, and his practice has a strong focus on commercial and infrastructure disputes.

On his decision to move on, Aditya Ganju said,
