L&L Partners announces 7% increment for its lawyers

L&L Partners has announced that it will grant a 7% increase in the fixed compensation of eligible lawyers.

The increase will be for the appraised previous financial year.

Regardless of the fact that due to the pandemic, an in-depth analysis of each lawyer's contribution is likely to take time, the firm is adhering to its routine of giving out annual retainer fee increments.

This move is in acknowledgment and appreciation of the counsels’ efforts, despite all their hardships during the on-going pandemic, a press release by the firm states.

The firm will explore the possibility of rolling out increments for Financial Year 2020-21 after the completion of the annual appraisal cycle.

J Sagar Associates had recently announced that it will pay full increments to its attorneys and staff despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, with retrospective effect from April 2020.
