Mohammad Kamran exits NDA to join Resolüt Partners as Head of New Delhi Office

Nishith Desai Associates Leader Mohammad Kamran has joined Resolüt Partners as the Head of the Firm's New Delhi Office, and Partner in International Dispute and Investigations practice.

Kamran is a 2015 graduate of National University of Advanced Legal Studies.

With over a decade of experience, he focuses on international disputes, investigations, and regulatory enforcement, with strong expertise in the Indian disputes arena. He has represented MNCs, sovereign-backed entities, global private equity funds, and Indian promoters in high-profile commercial litigation before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and forums across India. Additionally, he has acted in international arbitrations based in London, Singapore, Doha, and other major hubs, operating under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, and ad hoc arbitration rules.

Prior to joining Resolüt Partners, Kamran was associated with Nishith Desai Associates for 11 years, the entirety of his career.

Earlier this year, NDA's Ashish Kabra had also moved to Resolüt Partners as Partner and & Head - International Disputes & Investigations Practice.
