Secretariat enters India with Mrinal Jain as a Director

Announcing its expansion into India, Secretariat Intl has hired economic damages and valuations expert Mrinal Jain as a Director based in Mumbai.

Secretariat is a global expert services and litigation consulting firm specializing in international arbitration and litigation; large scale construction disputes, including delay and quantum analysis; forensic accounting; economic damages; and government contracting

With almost 15 years of experience in the areas of quantum, financial, economic, and valuation issues, Jain is recognized as one of the leading expert witnesses in international arbitration in Who’s Who Legal’s Arbitration 2019, 2020, and 2021 lists, as well as being included in WWL’s Thought Leader Arbitration Expert Witness 2021 list.

He is a Member of SIAC Users Council and appointed on the Board of Society of Construction Law – India (Western India Chapter). He is also appointed on the Advisory Board of Centre for Arbitration & Research, MNLU Mumbai.
