Naval Kastia rejoins Lall & Sethi as a Partner

Naval Kastia has rejoined Lall & Sethi as a Partner.

Kastia is a 2006 graduate of Symbiosis International University.

With nearly two decades of experience in intellectual property law, Kastia specializes in trademark prosecution, litigation, enforcement, and licensing, and has handled complex and high-profile cases for domestic and international clients.

He started his career at Lall & Sethi in 2006 as a Senior Associate where his practice involved trademark prosecution, conducting trademark clearance searches, opposition proceedings, IP enforcement strategies and global trademark portfolio management.

He left the Firm as a Partner in 2013 to join The Coca-Cola Company as a Trademark Attorney.

Prior to rejoining Lall & Sethi, Kastia served as a Partner (Trademark) at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners for the past five years.
