Neeha Nagpal and Vishvendra Tomar have founded N & Company Legal, a full-service commercial litigation firm based in Jor Bagh, New Delhi, with a presence in Mumbai.
Nagpal leads the firm as Founding and Managing Partner, with Tomar as Partner.
Built around a focused practice in White-Collar Crime defence, PMLA, Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and IPR, the firm appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, the PMLA Appellate Tribunal and key regulatory tribunals.
Nagpal brings over 18 years of active litigation experience to the firm. Her career spans commercial and constitutional matters, including insolvency proceedings involving Unitech, Rotomac Global, Frost International and the promoters of Fortis Hospitals; the Bhopal Gas Tragedy curative petition; the 2G licence cancellation and Presidential reference; DLF Group’s challenge to the CCI’s penalty before the Supreme Court; and high-profile IBC proceedings including those of Bhushan Power and Steel and Ansal Properties and Infrastructure.
Tomar brings deep expertise in PMLA defence, Corporate-Criminal litigation, bank fraud, Environmental Law, International Arbitration and Insolvency, with additional depth in electricity tariff, transmission and trading disputes. He has secured reported judgments on the constitutional validity of provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, successfully challenged the RBI’s Master Directions on Frauds and on Wilful Defaulters. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT and the NCLAT.
