P&A Partner Shashank Manish joins Saraf and Partners

Former Partner at P&A Law Offices Shashank Manish joins Saraf and Partners as a Partner in Arbitration, Litigation and Intellectual Property division.

Manish is a 2010 graduate of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and has more than 11years’ of experience. He is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and empanelled as Advocate with New India Assurance Company Ltd.

Prior to his time at P&A Law Offices, Manish worked with Agarwal Law Associates, practiced as a junior at the Chambers of Senior Advocate PP Rao. Before that, he was a judical clerk under Justice Deepak Verma at the apex court.

On Manish's joining the firm, Mohit Saraf, Founder & Managing Partner, Saraf and Partners said,

Saraf and Partners continues the hiring spree.
