Khurana is a member of the Technology Laws & Strategic Transactions practice group.

She read law at the National Law University, Odisha, and has been an integral part of the firm’s Technology Laws and Strategic Transactions practice. Her practice sits at the intersection of helping global technology companies on India entry and strategic transactions.

Khurana has acted as counsel in several complex, high-value cross-border transactions, including Gatekeeper Systems' acquisition of Facefirst, Requestly's acquisition by Browserstack and Diginex Limited's acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies Pte Limited.

Gudh and Chopra are part of PBS’s Governance, Investigations & White-Collar Defense practice.

Gudh read law at Jindal Global Law School and has an industry practice focused on pharmaceuticals and life sciences.

Chopra is an alumna of ILS Law College, Pune and has acted for a wide array of energy, insurance, manufacturing and banking sector clients across internal investigations, enforcement actions and regulatory defence.

Both Gudh and Chopra have acted on some of India’s most important enforcement and regulatory actions, and defended clients in actions brought by governments of the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.

Aside from the Partners, PBS has also announced the promotion of Riya Kalra - a member of the firm’s Complex Disputes and International Arbitration practice group, to Principal Associate.

Announcing the promotions, the PBS Managing Partner Sherbir Panag said,

“As a specialist firm that advises on marquee matters, our partnership track is rigorous since the expectations, stakes and exceptionalism expected from us are significantly higher than what is market standard. Lavanyaa Chopra, Guneet Gudh and Ridhima Khurana are phenomenal lawyers who have built their careers at PBS and earned the trust of the partnership and our clients.”

Akash Karmakar, Senior Partner and head of the Technology Laws and Strategic Transactions practice group, added,

“Ridhima’s elevation is a milestone for our practice. Her experience, technical depth, and unwavering commitment to client service exemplify the standards our firm is built on, and the quality of talent we are fortunate to cultivate. It would be remiss not to also congratulate Guneet Gudh and Lavanyaa Chopra, whom I have seen grow from strength to strength through nearly a decade of working together."
