Former Bharucha Partner Parag Bhide joins AQUILAW to head Corporate and M&A practice in Mumbai

Parag Bhide has joined AQUILAW as Partner in the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice in Mumbai.

Bhide is an alumnus of University of Mumbai.

He has over 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions ranging from structuring, term sheets, legal due diligences to documentation and advising clients on variety of corporate law matters. Additionally, he has been advising clients on variety of employment law aspects, including, employee disputes, redundancy matters, negotiation of KMP employment agreements, review of policies, compliance audits, etc.

Bhide has advised on high-value cross border transactions, including, acquisitions, business transfers, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and so on.

Prior to AQUILAW, Bhide held the position of a Partner at Bharucha & Partners. In the past, he has been associated with Khaitan & Co and Trilegal.
