Payal Dayal joins AKS Partners as a Partner in Corporate practice

She will be working out of the firm's Delhi office.

Payal Dayal has joined AKS Partners as a Partner in Corporate practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Dayal is a 2007 graduate of the Amity Law School.

With an extensive experience of 16 years, Dayal focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital. She has also been regularly advising clients on Commercial Contracts, Corporate Compliance advisory, Competition advisory and combination filings with CCI, Real Estate related advisory and documentation etc.

Prior to joining AKS Partners, she held the position of a Principal Associate at Khaitan & Khaitan for over a year.
