Pramita Sen has joined Nirka Law Advisory (NLA) as a Partner to lead the firm's Business & Strategy Group and spearhead its next phase of growth and market expansion.

Sen has over 15 years of experience in practice development, strategic growth, brand positioning, and professional services management. Prior to joining Nirka Law Advisory, she founded and led WeYou Partners, a consulting platform focused on creating growth opportunities, market visibility, and business expansion strategies for boutique professional services firms.

In her new role, Sen will drive the firm's growth strategy, strengthen client engagement, deepen industry relationships and support the expansion of the firm's presence across key markets and sectors.

With the addition of the new hires, NLA has grown to a team of 20 lawyers, further strengthening its capabilities in infrastructure and construction law, project advisory and dispute resolution.
