Prateek G has joined CleverTap as a Director & Head Legal.

Prateek is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

He is an in-counsel with 16 years of experience, having a background of working in media & entertainment, IT and services industries. He specializes in handling deal structuring, contract drafting, negotiations, infringement matters, licensing and litigation.

Prior to joining CleverTap, Prateek was the Associate Head Legal at Perfetti Van Melle. He has previously worked with leading organisations such as MX Player, Viacom18, HCL and Asian Paints.
