Quillon Partner Rohan Kumar has joined JSA as a Partner in Corporate practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

 His mentoring partner is Siddharth Mody.

Kumar is a 2008 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Kumar has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, merger control filings, private equity, and venture capital. He has advised on transactions across a range of sectors including media, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Prior to joining JSA, Kumar was a Partner at Quillon Partners for nearly four years. He has previously also worked at Poovayya & Co.
