Shriti Shah has been promoted as a Partner at Quillon Partners.

Shah works out of the firm's Mumbai office, and is a part of the firm's M&A and private equity practice. She also heads the firm’s knowledge management efforts.

She is a 2005 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai and has been with the firm (and its predecessor firm) since 2012. She has experience in advising on M&A, private equity transactions and investigations, both domestic and international, across various sectors such as education, healthcare, pharma and IT/ITES.

On Shah's promotion, Managing Partner Ankit Majmudar said,

“We are delighted to induct Shriti to the partnership and are excited about the contribution she will make to the long-term success of the firm.”

With her promotion, Quillon Partners now has five partners based in Mumbai and one each in Delhi and Bangalore.
