Former Principal Associate at Dua Associates, Rajat Agarwal has joined Vertices Partner as a Partner, along with his team.
The addition of his extensive experience and expertise will bolster the Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution practices at the firm's Mumbai headquarters.
Agarwal is a 2013 graduate of the Symbiosis Law School.
With over 11 years of experience, Agarwal had worked at Dua Associates for over 7 years. He also has experience working with other leading law firms such as JSA, Wadia Gandhy & Co, and AZB & Partners.
Prior to joining Vertices, Agarwal held the position of a Principal Associate at Dua Associates.
On his joining, Rajat Agarwal, Partner, Vertices Partners, said,

Agarwal and his team’s addition to Vertices Partners comes after the Firm announced an earlier addition to its partnership with the joining of Manasi Pathak Verma, Regulatory & Secretarial Compliances Partner in Delhi NCR offices, and Jayesh Karandikar, Real Estate Partner in Mumbai headquarters.
