Former Saraf Partners Sachit Mathur, Shashank Manish, Ajay Bhadu and Astha Singh Trehan establish Emerald Law Offices

Former Saraf Partners Sachit Mathur, Shashank Manish, Ajay Bhadu and Astha Singh Trehan have come together and combined their expertise to establish Emerald Law Offices, a multi-service law firm.

The firm, headquartered in Gurugram, will be offering business-oriented legal solutions in the Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, M&A, and Dispute Resolution practices.

Sachit Mathur, who is the Managing Partner at Emerald, is an expert in the domains of corporate commercial and real estate. With close to two decades of experience in these areas, he offers expertise across a diverse spectrum, including regulatory affairs, transactional leadership, compliance and dispute resolution.

Shashank Manish brings a close to decade-and-a-half of experience in arbitration and litigation. He is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India.

Prior to joining Emerald Law Offices, he was a partner at Saraf and Partners and P&A Law Offices. He has previously worked with Agarwal Law Associates too.

Ajay Bhadu has extensive background in Corporate and Real Estate law, having accumulated over a decade of diverse and dynamic experience across law firms and in-house legal teams. He has led a number of M&A and real estate transactions, working collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Previously, Ajay was a Partner with Saraf and Partners and Desai & Diwanji. He has also worked with Godrej Properties.

Astha Singh Trehan is a real estate lawyer, with over a decade of experience. Astha has worked with global players in the sector and manages an impressive portfolio of successful projects and satisfied clients. Astha has also been regularly advising and assisting clients on land acquisition, related regulatory compliances, and risk management issues with respect to the renewable energy and warehousing sector.

Prior to joining Emerald Law Offices, she was a Partner with Saraf and Partners, and before that she has worked with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
