Sanjeev Sachdeva has rejoined the senior leadership of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices as a Mentor and Partner.

Sachdeva completed his postgraduate degree at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, before which he did his Master's at Delhi School of Economics.

He started his career as an officer of the Indian Revenue Service. He was awarded the 'Presidential Certificate of Appreciation for Distinguished Service' on Republic Day in 1999. He also headed the operations of Trinity College London in South and South-East Asia and the Middle East.

With over four decades of experience, Sachdeva has represented a multitude of international and national clients before different judicial and administrative authorities. He has also assisted clients in arbitration proceedings at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

He will now reassume his role as a Partner in the firm's Taxation practice. He has been associated with the firm since 2008, and played a pivotal role in setting up the firm's Indirect Tax practice.
