Advaita lawyers Shailendra Kumar Singh, Alok Shankar and Monali Dutta join HSA Advocates as Partners

All three new Partners will be based in the Firm's Delhi office.

Shailendra Kumar Singh, Alok Shankar and Monali Dutta have joined HSA Advocates as Partners in the Firm. They will be based in the Firm's Delhi office.

Commenting on the addition, Founding Partner of HSA Advocates, Hemant Sahai, said,

“We are pleased to welcome Shailendra and team to the HSA collegium. They add further strength and caliber to our existing service offerings and will help in supplementing our capabilities in the respective practice areas. I am especially delighted to have Monali back with HSA and am looking forward to working with her again.”

Shailendra was head of the Projects & Infrastructure team at Advaita Legal and has almost 19 years of experience in infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.

Alok has 15 years’ of regulatory and projects experience and Monali has13 years’ of experience across infrastructure, aerospace & defence, IT & ITES, healthcare and project development).

They are joining HSA from Advaita Legal along with their teams of lawyers.
