Real Estate, Construction & Hospitality lawyer Sudip Mullick has joined Economic Laws Practice as a Partner at the Firm's Mumbai office.

Mullick is an alumnus of Calcutta University. He is moving to ELP after spending almost 30 years at Khaitan & Co.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and related disputes, Mullick has represented developers, contractors, and corporate clients in transactional matters and in courts and arbitration proceedings, handling disputes in real estate, construction, and other commercial contracts.

On Mullick's joining, Suhail Nathani, Managing Partner, ELP, commented,
