A press release stated that the composition of the Board is an ideal representation of the firm’s diversity - in terms of gender, seniority, practices and locations.

Partners and Members of the Management Committee Nishant Parikh and Sridhar Gorthi said,

“Our vision is to nurture leaders who hold the firm's goodwill in trust for the next generation of partners. We are thrilled to welcome our new board members who exemplify this philosophy. We are confident that their wealth of experience and fresh perspectives will help propel the firm to new heights. We would also like to thank the outgoing board members for helping navigate the firm through a period of unprecedented growth and transformation.”

Nishant Parikh, Sridhar Gorthi

The Board and the Management Committee were formed in 2020. While the Committee is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, the Board advises the Committee on important initiatives.
