Trilegal's Akshayy S Nanda joins Saraf and Partners to strengthen firm's Competition Law practice

Nanda will be working out of the firm's Delhi Office.

Akshayy S Nanda has joined Saraf and Partners as a Partner in the firm's Competition Law practice at Delhi.

Nanda is a 2007 graduate of Amity Law School, Noida and has an LL.M. in European Competition Law and Economics from the Brussels School of Competition, Belgium (BSC).

Prior to joining the firm, Nanda was with Trilegal for over 3 years, before which he was with P&A Law Offices for close to 5 years.

With over 14 years of experience, Nanda has advised multinational and Indian clients on wide-ranging Competition Law issues including cartel enforcement, abuse of dominance, merger control, leniency applications, Competition Law audits and compliance.

Nanda is also actively involved in a data privacy practice and has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) credential and the ANSI-accredited designation of Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

On Nanda joining the firm, Founder & Managing Partner Mohit Saraf said,
