Saraf, S&R act on Fortis and Gleneagles Healthcare partnership

Fortis Healthcare Limited has entered into a strategic collaboration with Gleneagles Healthcare India for the operation and maintenance services of five hospitals and one clinic under the Gleneagles India.

Both Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare are Indian subsidiaries of IHH Healthcare Berhad.

Saraf and Partners advised Fortis Healthcare on this collaboration.

The transaction team was led by Vaibhav Kakkar (Senior Partner), Sahil Arora (Partner) and Debarpan Ghosh (Partner).

The competition team led by Akshayy S Nanda (Partner) assisted with competition law related aspects.

S&R Associates advised IHH Healthcare on this transaction.
