Mohit Saraf v. Rajiv Luthra: LIVE UPDATES from Delhi High Court [Day 4]

The Delhi High Court is hearing the plea filed by L&L's Senior Partner Mohit Saraf against Founding Partner Rajiv Luthra.

The matter is being heard by a Single Judge Bench of Justice V Kameswar Rao.

Whereas the High Court had initially suggested that the parties refer their dispute to mediation, the matter reached back before the Court after mediation talks failed to make any headway.

At the previous hearing, Saraf's Counsel Senior Advocate Parag Tripathi underscored that L&L was bound to suffer if Saraf was kept out.
