[IT Rules 2021] Twitter seems to have complied with the law: Centre confirms to Delhi High Court

The Central government today informed the Delhi High Court that Twitter Inc has appointed permanent officers as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Rules, 2021) [Amit Acharya v. Union of India and Ors].
