Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co unveiled its logo at a launch event held at Hyatt Regency in Delhi last evening..Attended by all the members of the new firm, the event also saw the launch of the firm’s new website..The website reflects Shardul’s first office in southern India at Bangalore’s Prestige Sterling Square in Bangalore. Mumbai already has three offices with the biggest one being Express Towers as reported by Bar & Bench. The second one is also located in town (Lentin Chambers) with the third office located in central Mumbai’s Prabhadevi area. The firm has already hired six Partners for its Mumbai set up – Radhika Pareira, Iqbal Khan, Deepto Roy, Abhishek Siinha, Jay Parikh and Ameya Gokhale..With this formal announcement, SAM & Co will have a pan India presence with eight offices..It is understood that Pallavi Shroff will head the firm’s Delhi office with Shardul Shroff largely focusing on Mumbai. Equity Partner Jatin Aneja will head the Bangalore office while the Ahmedabad office will continue to be headed by Pankaj Agarwal. In the east, the Kolkata office will be headed by Siddarth Datta while Amit Kumar will lead the Gurgaon office.
