Antares Legal, IndusLaw, Lexygen, V Law act on Wingreens Farms acquisition of Raw Pressery

The transaction involved a 100% acquisition of the share capital of Rakyan Beverages Private Limited.

Wingreens Farms, a dips and sauce brand has recently acquired cold-pressed juices startup Raw Pressery at a valuation of Rs 100 crore, thereby marking a significant consolidation in the consumer brands sector.

The deal will help Wingreens to expand its product portfolio to cold-pressed juices, and aid Raw Pressery’s turnaround.

Existing Investors, including institutions such as Sequoia Capital, Saama Capital, DSG Consumer Partners and Alteria Capital have come onto the Wingreens cap table.
