Apax Partners LLP have made an exit from Manappuram Finance Limited (MFL) for a total consideration of ₹1,169 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised and assisted the Apax Partners on (i) Apax’s complete exit from MFL through the on-market sale of its 9.9% stake; (ii) trading related compliance and paperwork required for a foreign portfolio investor; and (iii) stock exchange disclosures.

The core team comprised Mayank Singh (Partner), Chirayu Chandani (Partner), Akarshita Dhawan (Principal Associate), Shagun Sharda (Senior Associate,; Tushar Bakshi (Associate) and Sakshi Duggal (Associate).
