Connedit Business Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand name “Farmley”, has raised $42 million from a Series C fundraise led by L Catterton. The round also saw participation from existing investors.

AZB & Partners advised Connedit Business Solutions and its promoters on this fundraise.

TT&A advised and assisted lead investor L Catterton on this fundraise.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Omnivore on investing into Farmley in this fundraise. The Firm advised Omnivore on all legal aspects of the transaction, including reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents.

The funds will be used to scale operations, expand product development, and deepen its footprint in India’s fast-growing healthy snacking market. The company has grown revenue by 55% annually and turned profitable, with FY25 revenue touching $41 million.
