Federal Bank has raised ₹30,400 million (USD 369.60 million) pursuant to the QIP from institutional investors including Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, JP Morgan India Private Limited, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited (Placement Agents)

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Federal Bank Limited on matters pertaining to Indian Law.

The transaction team was led by Reuben Chacko, Partner & Regional Co-head Markets Practice (Southern Region); with support from Satakshi Sharma, Senior Associates - Designate; Neha Sahgal, Associate; Vartika Bhatnagar, Associate; Priyanka Khetwal, Associate and Aarushi Jain, Associate.
