CAM, S&R, Hogan Lovells act on Sudeep Pharma ₹895 crore IPO

Sudeep Pharma Limited has raised ₹895 crore from an initial public offering of its equity shares, which comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sudeep Pharma on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Ravi Dubey (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West), with support from Radhika Pandey (Principal Associate), Associates Esha Gupta, Anomitra Debnath, Harshita Pareek, and Khushi Parek.

S&R Associates advised the book running lead managers ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Jitesh Shahani (Partner), with support from Ishan Seth (Principal Associate), Aditya Jain (Senior Associate), Associates Abhishek Gupta, Aarushi Kapoor, Monisa Mohanty, Sarakshie Sonawane and Thambiah Jayaram.

Hogan Lovells served as international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

The transaction team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee (Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner), with support from Varun Jetly (Counsel) and Suchisubhra Sarkar (Senior Associate).
