Healthtech platform Phasorz Technologies Private Limited (dba ‘MediBuddy’) has acquired Indian Health Organization Private Limited (dba 'vHealth by Aetna'), the India health business of Aetna Inc., a CVS Health® company for an undisclosed amount.

Chandhiok & Mahajan acted for MediBuddy on the deal.

The transaction team was led by Kaushalya Venkataraman (Partner) along with Shivani (Associate), Nishant Sogani (Managing Associate), Aayushi Jain (Senior Associate) and Jagrat Rawal (Senior Associate).

MediBuddy offers online and offline doctor consultations, medicine delivery, lab tests at home, mental health consultations, and surgery care, among other services. vHealth by Aetna' is a leader in the B2B healthcare space and offers subscription-based primary healthcare services such as telehealth consultations, an extensive outpatient network, pharmacy, diagnostics and dental among other benefits to customers.
