Clarence and Partners advised LetsVenture (LV Angel Fund) on its investment in Akshalabdhi, a pioneering Indian space tourism venture operating in the deep-tech sector.

The Firm advised the investor on the full suite of definitive agreements, ensuring strong downside protection and alignment with the investor’s strategic objectives. The Firm advised the investor regarding the Investment Agreements, led negotiations on their behalf and advised on ancillary documents, securing robust rights around governance, exit, anti-dilution and compliance.

The transaction team was led by Clarence Anthony (Founding Partner), with support from Neha Thakur (Associate Partner).
