Universal Legal acted for Tanas Capital on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Henna Kapadia Poojara (Senior Associate).

Kido is a global platform dedicated to delivering the highest quality early years’ education in India, UK and the US, by integrating advances in pedagogy, technology and design to create unique learning experiences for children. Kido operates 14 schools in the UK.
