ELP acts on Mittal Builders - Abhinandan Lodha ₹3,000 crore Joint Development Agreement

The joint development agreement is for the co-development of a 12-acre integrated township in Naigaon, Mumbai.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) has advised Sealink Construction Company Private Limited, a Mittal Group entity, on entering into a joint development agreement with Impactum Lands Private Limited, a House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) entity.

The transaction team was led by Heena Chheda (Partner).

The two entities have entered into the joint development agreement for the co-development of a 12-acre integrated township in Naigaon, Mumbai Metropolitan Region using 3.05 million sq. ft. of FSI in two phases, with a gross development value of ₹3,000 crore.
