SAM, ELP act on Ravi Infrabuild Projects DRHP filing for ₹1,100 crore IPO

Ravi Infrabuild Projects Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus to raise an amount aggregating up to ₹11,000 million via fresh issue through an initial public offering.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) is acting for the company as per the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised the book running lead managers, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Axis Capital Limited, with relation to this DRHP filing.

The transaction team was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), and assisted by Himani Sharma (Counsel), Tripti Pandey (Principal Associate), Shreeya Srungarapu, Vedaarth Uberoi, Arpita Pattnaik and Shreya Prakash (Associates).

Ravi Infrabuild Projects is an infrastructure construction company with experience in undertaking structural work such as flyovers, bridges, railways, highways and expressways through EPC contracts on HAM basis.

The proceeds are earmarked for purchasing new equipment (₹252 crore), repaying borrowings (₹290 crore), settling subsidiary debts (₹335 crore), and general corporate purposes. As of December 31, 2024, the company's order book stood at ₹3,092 crore, with major contracts from NHAI, MoRTH, and NHLML. For FY24, Ravi Infrabuild reported revenues of ₹1,390.99 crore and a net profit of ₹124.72 crore. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Axis Capital are the Book Running Lead Managers for the issue, and the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
