Fox Mandal & Associates advised Simyog Tech in this fundraise.

The transaction team comprised Rohan Singh (Partner) and Vidushi Jain (Associate).

Managing Partner - Shuva Mandal provided strategic inputs to Simyog and its founders on the transaction, and Rajesh Vellakkat (Partner) along with Sujan Mandal and Pallavi KP advised Simyog on certain employment law aspects of the transaction.
