Gamechanger and NDS Law close health care start up Dozee’s 71 crore Investment

Dozee, a company founded in 2015, consider themselves as pioneers in the field of contactless continuous remote patient monitoring has raised money from Prime Ventures.

Gokul Rajaram, Prime Venture Partners, YourNest Venture Capital and 3one4 Capital participated in this round where Dozee raised 71 crores.

Gamechanger Law advised Dozee with Founder Amrut Joshi and associates Saket Rachakonda, Wilfred Synrem and Anurupa Mukherjee as part of the transaction. Gamechanger Law has been a long term advisor of Dozee. The previous round where Dozee raised 44 crore from Prime Ventures was also led by Gamechanger Law.

Bangalore-based NDS Law advised Prime Ventures. 3one4 Capital was led by its in-house counsels.
